Cue based care & Day naps

Majority of the sleep issues I see are disrupted circadian clocks.
Your circadian clock is set by the sun, so if you’re dealing multiple night wakes and still putting bub down for daytime naps in quiet, dark rooms for extended periods of time, think about what messages their circadian clock, hormones and body functions are being told.
Let’s keep things simple, let’s not confuse our bodies. Day naps should be exactly that - DAY! Light, noise, activity, movement and not extended beyond their needs because we want the majority of sleep to happen in the dark, night hours 🌚

If you’re feeling captive at home, waiting for long naps in baby’s cot, but having little success or dealing with disrupted sleep - let’s shift things around for the better.
