These education sessions are relaxed, directed by your main areas of interest but cover all the vital formation that gives you the tools to make informed decisions throughout your birth and feel confident entering your introduction to early parenthood.

Birth Chats

Birth chats! Over the phone/virtually (or over a coffee if you’re local to me) we can sit and chat all things birth - but more specifically,

YOUR BIRTH.

This is an informal way of receiving education, or filling the gaps in your knowledge about birth and how you want to prepare for your own.

We can have one chat, or many! The ball is in your court, but I can talk all day about birth, babies and breastfeeding. We can unpack your individual situation, delve into birth mapping or planning and make you feel the confidence and trust in your ability to bring your baby into this world safely and happily (for everyone!)
