Let’s do a deep dive, problem solve and possibly unlearn what you have previously been told about baby sleep.

My unique and biologically aligned approach is truly evidence-based, intuitive, and respectful, and works for the whole family, without sleep training.

I educate you about what biologically normal infant sleep and behaviour looks like, and equip you with the tools to optimise your child’s sleep. So you can nurture healthy sleep habits through working with your little one’s specific biological sleep rhythms, while still responding to their cues and supporting their natural development.

I’ll teach you coping strategies for getting through early parenthood, and look at ways to improve your own sleep and wellbeing through lifestyle changes, mental health, and sleep hygiene.

The consultation process:

  • Fill in the intake questions through the booking link a consultation, we explore factors which may be impacting on your little one’s sleep such as sleep patterns, daily routine, sleep environment, feeding, health and wellbeing and more…

  • Urgent consults can be arranged - just email me and we can fit you in.

  • On the consultation date I will either see you in person or we meet via virtual link

  • You will be provided with downloadable The Sleep Help Booklet worth $80 (sent within 48 hours of the consult)

  • Packages include unlimited text/voice messaging correspondence support for 2 weeks post consult.

Includes pre-consultation questionnaire, in-depth consultation taking a full medical/feeding/sleeping history, provision of a The Sleep Help Booklet, 2 week Voxer support, notes & relevant resources.

  • 45 minute allocated phone consultation with Harriet.
